If they need chronic prescriptions, i.e. medication that they can prove they take regularly, an “urgent” general practitioner’s appointment can be made just for this purpose.

How do I book?
On the website you will find the team of health professionals at your disposal and the type of consultations each of them offers. By clicking on “book here” you will be able to access their agenda and make an appointment request according to your availability. You will then receive an e-mail with confirmation and payment information.
How does it work on the day?
On the appointed day and time, you will receive by e-mail the details for accessing the videoconferencing platform through which the consultation will take place (it can also be by call if you prefer). In the case of a face-to-face consultation, the details of the home visit will be agreed by e-mail.
What if I need an urgent appointment?
By system, the agenda only allows bookings more than 8 hours in advance. If you would like an appointment more quickly, please send us your request by e-mail to consultas@na-saude.pt.
Payments
How can I make the payment?
Payment can be made by MbWay or Bank Transfer, including your name in the description and then sending proof by e-mail.
What if I can't attend?
We know that unforeseen events happen, so please let us know up to 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it. Within this period you can choose to reschedule or ask for a refund. Notices in the last 24 hours will be considered as appointments made, with exceptions.
Do you have insurance arrangements?
At the moment we don’t have insurance agreements, but some services are covered by insurance or health sub-systems. You can inquire about the possibility of a refund.
Do they have special prices?
Yes, there are reduced rates for siblings for pediatric consultations and it is possible to draw up health plans for packages of consultations on request.
